Tees Components was established in 1963 as a machining and fabrication sub-contractor and is located near Saltburn-by-the-sea, in the North East of England, with 65 employees. Over the past 45 years the company has been involved in a wide range of major power generation, marine, and tunnelling projects, building the six-acre (24,300 m2) site into one of the UK´s most comprehensive heavy engineering facilities. We also design and produce the Tees White Gill Thruster propulsion unit, fitted in vessels worldwide.
